You're under contract, doing your due diligence, and you've picked your home inspector. What happens now?
Before your home inspection will be performed, you'll need to sign your Contract for Services. This contract will detail the cost of your inspection, the scope of what it will cover, what it will exclude, and what the limits of liability will be.
