If you, or your spouse, was deployed or outside of the United States for more than 90 days in between December 31, 2008 and May 1, 2010, you may still qualify for the $8000 First-time Home Buyer's Tax Credit. However, you must have a home Under Contract by April 30, 2011, which gives you two and a half months left to shop for your dream home! With so many great homes on the market for sale, you don't want to let this great oppurtunity pass you by!
